Pedersen & Partners appoints Alexey Dolgikh Country Manager for Ukraine

Kiev, Ukraine - Pedersen & Partners, the leading executive search firm is pleased to announce that Alexey Dolgikh has been appointed Country Manager for Ukraine.

Pedersen & Partners’ Kiev office was established in 2005, and for the past 5 years Igor Kabuzenko has been leading the firms’ operations, successfully developing it to a strong and reputable player on the Ukrainian market. Having chosen to further pursue his career in the private equity sector Kabuzenko is handing the business over to a highly capable and experienced executive search consultant – Alexey Dolgikh.

Alexey Dolgikh has over eight years of successful track record in the executive search industry having worked in Russia and Ukraine and gained expertise in the retail, consumer and pharmaceuticals sectors. His key competencies are the search for the Director- and C-level professionals in Finance, Marketing and Sales functions. Dolgikh completed a number of international search assignments for Ukrainian clients bringing best international practice and expertise for emerging and developing sectors of the Ukrainian economy.

Mr. Dolgikh started his professional career in a law firm in Donetsk, Ukraine after graduating Donetsk National University with a diploma in law. He is now pursuing a joint MBA program at the University of New Brunswick, Canada and International Institute of Business in Ukraine.
