New Senior Consultant joins Pedersen & Partners’ Moscow office

Moscow, Russia - Pedersen & Partners, a leading executive search firm is pleased to announce that Olga Berezovskaya has recently joined the firm as Senior Consultant. In her new role Berezovskaya will be responsible for client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments for the clients in the Retail and FMCG sectors in Russia and CIS.

Olga Berezovskaya has worked in the executive search and recruitment industry in Russia since 1998. During her tenure with a leading Russian recruitment firm she was in charge of setting up their Retail practice and focused on projects in the FMCG and Retail sectors. Most recently, she was HR Business Partner at Philips responsible for Russia, Belarus & Central Asia.
