Before joining Pedersen & Partners Mr. Dayrabekov was a Country Manager at Move One Relocation, global moving & relocation company. Earlier, he held the Head of HR position at Samsung Electronics Ukraine and has worked as a Recruitment Consultant at an international recruitment company in Ukraine. Mr. Dayrabekov completed numerous international searches across the Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Uzbekistan and during his professional career gained experience in recruitment, assessment, employee motivation, career planning, professional development, cross-cultural and language trainings.

Mr. Dayrabekov graduated from Cherkassy and started his professional career at US Peace Corps as a Professional Development Trainer. He speaks Russian, Ukrainian and English.
