Enterprise Investors see high potential for MBO MBI transactions in the Czech Republic, "CFO.sk"

October 2013 - Prague, Czech Republic - Enterprise Investors, one of the largest private equity and venture capital firms in Central and Eastern Europe, together with Pedersen & Partners, a leading international executive search firm, held a meeting for top managers working in the new technologies and e-commerce sectors in the Czech Republic to discuss the potential effect of management buyout (MBO) and management buy-in (MBI) transactions on the further development of their companies.

The panel was hosted by Ivan Jakúbek, Vice President of Enterprise Investors for CZ and SK and Petra Grabmayer, Country Manager for Pedersen & Partners CZ. Speakers included Tomáš Čupr, founder of Slevomat and CEO of damejidlo.cz, Tomáš Braveman, Country Manager of Heureka.cz and Martin Derňar, Director of Internet Sales of NAY.

The MBI & MBO Club focuses on the issues and challenges that top managers must deal with every day when acquiring a business through an MBI or MBO, all the while accessing the necessary capital. The club sessions are held as informal networking meetings for selected managers, directors, and other successful business people in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as the Baltics.
