July, 2012 - Bucharest, Romania - There is a general trend these days for smaller, leaner workforces that work smarter rather than harder, who are multi-skilled, flexible and able to multi-task. The result is that the organizations are looking for professionals who have been exposed to more functional areas, as those are the most likely to adapt to business models and tactical decisions that are changing very fast.
