Mr. Tait is an Executive Search Consultant with over 25 years of experience placing senior executives across the Engineering, Defence, Aerospace, Space, Construction, Technology, Automotive, Electronics, and Sustainability sectors. He has a proven track record of delivering talent solutions for clients in both the consulting and private sectors, in the UK and internationally.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Tait has held senior leadership and operational roles, successfully managing large-scale recruitment programmes, developing innovative talent strategies, and advising global organisations on building leadership capabilities to drive business performance. His expertise spans executive search, strategy, and leadership development, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable impact for clients.
Mr. Tait is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where he completed studies in operational and strategic leadership. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in High Impact Performance Coaching from Newcastle College. Earlier in his career, he served as an Officer in the British Army, undertaking international operational assignments.
