Pedersen & Partners appoints Thomas Narbeshuber as Client Partner in Hungary
November 17, 2025 – Budapest, Hungary – Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Thomas Narbeshuber as Client Partner.
Based in Hungary and focusing on the industrial sector across Europe, Thomas brings a deep expertise in both developed and emerging markets. Over an international career with BASF spanning the Netherlands, France, Germany, China, and Central & South-Eastern Europe, he has developed a broad intercultural perspective and a leadership style rooted in global experience.
Beyond his former leadership at BASF, Thomas has played an active role in shaping the regional business landscape. He served on the board of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce, led the EU Green Deal Working Group, and chaired the Sustainable Growth Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary. He was also the designated speaker for South-East Europe at the German-Eastern European Business Association in Berlin. Besides his role in Pedersen & Partners Thomas is a faculty member of SEED Executive School in Budapest and a senior lecturer at MCI in Innsbruck.
