Pedersen & Partners expands UK team with Jessica Leroy as Principal
September 22, 2025 – London, United Kingdom – Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Jessica Leroy as Principal in the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice.
Ms. Leroy is an accomplished Executive Search professional with 10 years of experience advising and placing senior executives across the life sciences and healthcare sectors. She has partnered with major corporates, mid-sized organisations, and private equity, investor, and venture capital-backed businesses to appoint C-suite, C-suite-1, and senior leadership roles across EMEA, the United States, and APAC.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Leroy led global searches within an executive search boutique focused on healthcare, life sciences, and adjacent industries, where she managed business development, client delivery, and complex multi-country leadership mandates. She brings strong expertise in retained search, stakeholder engagement, and building leadership teams to support clients through rapid growth, international expansion, and transformation.
Ms. Leroy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Policy and Political Science from the University of York. In addition to her native English, she is bilingual in French.
