Pedersen & Partners strengthens team in Norway and launches Global ESG Practice
4th September 2025 – Oslo, Norway – Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, announces the strengthening of its team in Norway and the launch of a dedicated Global ESG Practice.
Pedersen & Partners has joined forces with ESG People, Norway’s foremost Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm focused on ESG and sustainability. As part of this integration, its founders and partners, Fredrik Torp and Henriette Salvesen, have joined Pedersen & Partners’ Oslo office and will lead the launch of the new Global ESG Practice within the firm.
