Ms. Berga built a strong career over 20 years within the Human Resources and Talent Advisory sector, having held senior leadership and advisory roles across banking and fintech organisations. Before beginning her career in Executive Search with Pedersen & Partners, she led organisation-wide leadership and culture transformation initiatives, implemented modern talent acquisition technologies and performance management frameworks, and advised CEOs and executive teams on organisational design, leadership development and culture effectiveness. Ms. Berga has extensive expertise in executive search, leadership team development, and talent strategy, supporting multinational and regional clients active in the banking, fintech, and financial services sectors.
Ms. Berga holds an Executive MBA and is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. She has completed executive education programmes in leadership, strategy, and organisational transformation.
Apart from her native Latvian, Andzelika speaks fluent English.
