Pedersen & Partners welcomes Ewan Walton back as a Client Partner in its Dubai office
December 7, 2021 – Dubai, UAE – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm with 54 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, is pleased to welcome Ewan Walton back to the firm as a Client Partner. Mr. Walton will be responsible for managing client relationships and executing senior level recruitment assignments with a special focus on clients headquartered across the Gulf countries and will play a key role in the continued strengthening of the firm on the MENA market.
Mr. Walton is an industry veteran with over 24 years of corporate leadership, HR, Executive Search, and recruitment advisory experience in the Middle East region, with a particular focus on Saudi Arabia. His track record spans across Family Business, ICT, semi-government, Financial Markets and Retail sectors, having placed senior leaders at Director, C-level, and Board level, as well as core management teams and Advisors. Prior to rejoining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Walton was the Chief Development Officer and ExCom member for a diversified conglomerate covering Retail, Real Estate, and Investments, with a 7-year mandate focused on strategic growth, organisational transformation, and operational development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Walton co-founded one of the first Executive Search firms in the GCC region, which grew to be one of the largest in the region at the point of its acquisition in 2006, and was a Partner & Managing Director at an Executive Search firm which was part of a Big 4 global Audit & Advisory firm, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
