Pedersen & Partners welcomes Francesco Armino as Client Partner, Head of Industrial Practice, Asia Pacific & Middle East
April 1, 2025 - Singapore - Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Francesco Armino as Client Partner, Head of Industrial Practice, Asia Pacific & Middle East.
Based in Singapore, he brings 19 years of experience in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership Consulting.
Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Armino led Global Executive Talent Acquisition organization at a leading Australia-headquartered global logistics and freight forwarding company, overseeing senior-level hiring, succession planning, and diversity initiatives across 150 countries. Previously, Mr. Armino spent over seven years at a well-known global Executive Search and Leadership Advisory firm as a Partner & Sector Leader within the Global Industrial Markets practice, working closely with multinational corporations to drive executive search and leadership consulting projects. Earlier in his career, Mr. Armino held leadership roles at other several prominent Executive Search Consulting firms developing a strong track record in Business Development, Client Advisory, and Executive Search Execution.
Mr. Armino earned a Master’s degree in Economics from LIUC University, Castellanza, Italy. He speaks English and Italian.
