October 1st, 2026 - Singapore - Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Jessie Liu as Client Partner in Singapore.
Jessie brings 17 years of professional experience, including more than 11 years in Executive Search with a focus on the Consumer and Life Sciences industry sectors. She has advised multinational organisations across APAC on senior leadership appointments in General Management, Commercial, and Finance functions and has successfully completed several mandates including appointments at Director, Vice President, and General Manager levels. Jessie has also led market mapping and strategic consulting projects across Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and the wider APAC region, supporting clients with leadership hiring and broader market intelligence needs.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Jessie spent close to a decade with a leading HR Consulting firm in Asia, where she drove regional Consumer and Healthcare assignments, built key client relationships, and collaborated closely with delivery teams across North and Southeast Asia.
Jessie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Taiwan University of Arts. She is fluent in English and a native Mandarin speaker.
