Pedersen & Partners welcomes Melina Schulmeister as Principal in Germany
September 1, 2025 - Munich, Germany - Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Melina Schulmeister to its team in Germany.
Ms. Schulmeister brings over six years of experience in Executive Search, advising founders, investors, C-suite executives, and HR leaders on strategic hiring and organizational development.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Schulmeister was part of a Munich-based Executive Search and talent advisory firm, where she managed C-level mandates for high-growth and investor-backed companies and served as a strategic partner to management on organizational structure, internal communication, and talent strategy. She progressed rapidly within the firm, advancing from Consultant to Associate Partner while leading complex search projects, coaching teams, and driving business development.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Schulmeister worked in the media sector with Constantin Entertainment, focusing on communication, casting, and audience-centric content development for international broadcasters.
Ms. Schulmeister holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Hochschule Macromedia, University of Applied Sciences in Stuttgart, Germany, and speaks German and English fluently.
