Alina Gopa is an HR Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in Bălți, Moldova. She supports a wide range of human resources operations and administrative processes across the firm’s international offices, contributing to the smooth execution of end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, payroll processing, HR budgeting, and HR compliance initiatives.
Since joining Pedersen & Partners in 2021 as a Research Associate, Ms. Gopa transitioned into HR-related responsibilities, progressing to HR Associate in 2024.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Gopa gained experience in education and language instruction, which helped develop her strong communication and organizational skills.
Ms. Gopa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences (English and German Languages) and a Master’s degree in Applied Modern Languages from Alecu Russo Bălți State University. She is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in Romanian and English, with elementary proficiency in German.
