Her responsibilities included client relationship management, offer development, performance reporting, and cross-departmental coordination. She was also involved in onboarding and mentoring new colleagues, as well as quality assurance and compliance processes in the telecommunications sector.
Ms. Macari holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Moldova State University. In addition to her native Russian, she speaks Romanian, English, and German.
