Andrei Nicora is a Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in Chisinau, Moldova. In this role, Mr. Nicora supports the Executive Search team by conducting industry and candidate research, prescreening potential candidates, and preparing project documentation in line with firm standards. He also ensures effective communication between Consultants, internal teams, clients, and candidates throughout the search process. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Nicora worked in procurement and acquisitions, where he gained experience in negotiation, supplier relations, and market research. This background has strengthened his analytical skills and ability to manage tasks with precision.
Mr. Nicora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Babes-Bolyai University. In addition to his native Romanian, he speaks English.
