Cesare Maraglio is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Dubai. Cesare brings over 15 years of expertise in Government Relations, Public Policy, and External Affairs. He acquired expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, business strategy, and global trade collaborations as a Managing Director for several advisory firms in the UAE. Cesare has worked on project consulting for a number of European institutions, gaining deep insights into relationship management and strategic decision-making within the political and institutional framework.
Cesare has a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Istituto Diplomatico ISPI, Milan, Italy, a postgraduate qualification in Planning & Management of EC Programmes from Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy, with a graduate thesis in Journalism. As well as his native Italian, Cesare is fluent in English, Spanish and French, and has some knowledge of Portuguese and Arabic.
