His expertise spans a wide range of industries, with a strong focus on senior commercial, financial, and operational leadership roles. Throughout his career, Mr. Machidon has worked closely with internal talent acquisition teams and executive search consultants, contributing to numerous C-suite and senior appointments for clients in high-growth sectors, particularly in the SaaS and technology space. His work covers all stages of the Executive Search process, from market mapping and candidate identification to screening and assessment.
Mr. Machidon holds a Licentiate degree in Education Sciences, English and German Languages from the “Alecu Russo” State University in Balti. In addition to his native Romanian, he speaks fluent English and Russian, and has a basic working proficiency in German.
