Elena Svyetlov is a Research Centre Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. In this role, she oversees cross-border Executive Search projects across the firm’s covered industries, including team assembly, monitoring assignment progress and leading a team of Research Associates and Consultants. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Svyetlov supported the firm’s consultants in their business development activities and assisted with business development activities across CEE markets. Mrs. Svyetlov joined Pedersen & Partners in 2012 as a Research Analyst and later was promoted to Shared Resources Centre Lead.
Mrs. Svyetlov holds a Master's degree in Applied English Language Translation from Alecu Russo State University in Moldova. Mrs. Svyetlov speaks native Romanian, fluent Russian and English, can communicate in French, and has a basic understanding of Ukrainian and Spanish.
