Mr. Hanafi’s search experience covers senior leadership positions across numerous industry sectors with his expertise being in Technology with a focus on Banking Technology, IT Security, Technology Project Management, IT Risk Management, and IT Infrastructure. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Hanafi served as the General Manager – Support Services for a Japanese manufacturing organisation in Indonesia covering areas of Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Internal Audit, and Compliance. During his tenure with the organisation, Mr. Hanafi led initiatives inclusive of Enterprise Resource Planning, Merger & Acquisitions, and Business Process Reengineering projects across the enterprise.
Mr. Hanafi holds an MBA with concentration on Information Systems from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from State University at Buffalo, New York, USA. In addition to his native Indonesian, Mr. Hanafi speaks English fluently.
