Nicoleta Gorincioi is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Chișinău, Moldova. She supports Consultants throughout the executive search process, with responsibilities including targeted market research, identification and pre-screening of potential candidates, preparation of documentation, and coordination across clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure an efficient and transparent search process.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Gorincioi gained experience in market research, client communication, and business support in the logistics and express delivery sector, where she worked with international service providers and managed client relationships across the full sales cycle.
She holds a degree in Marketing and Logistics from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks English and Russian.
