Renzhe Xu is a Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in Shanghai, China. In this role, he supports the team by conducting market research, mapping talent, and identifying executive-level talent across industries. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Xu worked on leadership succession and talent mapping projects, gaining experience across the full executive search process - from industry research and candidate outreach to client presentations and offer coordination.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from Fudan University and is fluent in Mandarin and Shanghainese, and also speaks English and basic French.
