Roman Garstea is the ICT Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Chisinau. Mr. Garstea joined the firm in 2008 as a System & Network Administrator, and coordinated all aspects of IT&C systems and network infrastructure administration and support. In his current position, he defines, fine-tunes and implements the firm’s global IT strategy. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Garstea worked as a System & Network Administrator for a local IT solutions provider and was an IT Trainer for ICDL, an international entity specialised in raising digital competence standards through computer skills certification programmes.
Mr. Garstea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology from the Moldova State University. Apart from his native Romanian, he speaks fluent English and Russian.
