Talissa Febra is a Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in Indonesia. In this role, Ms. Febra is providing research support for C-suite mandate execution, mainly in the Industrial sector, but also in such sectors as: Automotive, Defence, FMCG, Life Science, Engineering, Mining, Metals, and Banking. Prior to entering Executive Search, Ms. Febra served as freelance writer, news manager and as a Recruitment Consultant at the local Executive Search firm.
Ms. Febra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. In addition to her native Indonesian, she is fluent in English.
