Timofei Slimovschii is a Research Associate at Pedersen & Partners, based in Chisinau, Moldova. Mr. Slimovschii has experience in research, data analysis, and educational consulting. Prior to joining the firm, he worked on projects related to labor market trends, skill demand, and career development, contributing to both private and public sector initiatives. At Pedersen & Partners, he supports Executive Search projects by conducting research, identifying and prescreening candidates, and preparing related documentation in line with firm standards.
Mr. Slimovschii holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from HSE University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Vilnius University. In addition to his native Russian, he speaks English, Lithuanian, and Romanian.
