Marina Motoc is a Senior Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. Ms. Motoc began her career with Pedersen & Partners in 2015, assisting consultants in their efforts to identify business leads and later, with candidate sourcing. She has gained search execution experience completing assignments for major multinational companies across various industries. Currently Ms. Motoc is mainly focused on the German market and supports projects in the Consumer Goods, Pharma, and Industrial sectors.
Ms. Motoc earned a Master’s degree in Foreign Languages from the Alecu Russo Balti State University. In addition to her native Russian, she speaks English, German, and Romanian.
