Ala Romanciuc is a Senior Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Romanciuc joined the firm in 2007 and has held several mid-tier roles ranging from Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist to Integration and Training Lead. In 2014, after a short career break, she re-joined Pedersen & Partners in a Research Consultant position and in this role, she provides operational assistance with cross-border C-level mandates in the Industrial, Financial Services, Technology, and Consumer Products Practice Groups with the main focus on the US Market and also across Europe. Earlier in her career, Ms. Romanciuc worked as a Tax Inspector at the State Tax Department and held accounting positions for a local winery and for a US-based printer company.
Ms. Romanciuc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing & Accounting from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. Apart from her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English and Russian, and can communicate in French and Italian.
