Aleksandra Kandic is the Country Manager for Serbia at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Kandic is a tenured professional with more than two decades of experience in multinational organisations, having held leadership positions in commercial and HR areas. She has led international teams, projects and key accounts across South-East Europe and Asia. An experienced leader, she has a proven track record of driving growth and transformation, while simultaneously enhancing customer experience. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Kandic led her own Leadership and Strategy Consulting firm, advising clients on leadership strategies and positioning leadership teams for success. Prior to that, she was a Country Leader in 3M Corporation, covering a smaller region of Western Balkans.
Ms. Kandic started her studies at the Belgrade University, studied Applied Physics for two years and continued to graduate from the Foreign Trade College, Banja Luka University, as an Associate of Economics in Foreign Trade. In addition to her native Bosnian and Serbian, Ms. Kandic speaks fluent English and basic Spanish.
