Amina Tukur-Tarfa is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners. She joined the firm in 2014 and having built a strong business in Nigeria as the Country Manager, Ms. Tukur-Tarfa subsequently moved to London, United Kingdom to continue as Regional Consultant for Africa developing cross-border client relationships and handling senior assignments between Africa and Europe.
Ms. Tukur-Tarfa is a highly engaged professional with over two decades of hands-on experience in recruitment and human resource management. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she was the Head of Human Resources with AITEO Group in Nigeria. Earlier in her career Ms. Tukur-Tarfa held various senior management positions with Schlumberger Network Solutions (formerly Omnes Communications Nigeria Limited), MTN Communications (Nig) Limited and Etisalat Nigeria, in addition to building her own recruitment and consultancy firm in 2010.
Amina Tukur-Tarfa holds a degree in Politics and International Studies from the University of Warwick, UK.
