Anastasia Gangal is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners based in Chisinau, Moldova. As a Research Consultant, Ms. Gangal supports consultants in various talent search and acquisition projects within the DACH region with a specific focus on Germany. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Gangal worked for various private and state entities, and served in the International Relations and Investment Department within the Ministry of Regional Development and Constructions of the Republic of Moldova for almost a decade. Ms. Gangal holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies of the Republic of Moldova.
In addition to her native Romanian and Russian, she is fluent in English and German languages, communicates well in Spanish and has basic knowledge of Italian.
