Andree Harahap is a Client Partner, Country Manager – Indonesia and the Head of Energy & Renewables – Asia-Pacific with Pedersen & Partners. Prior to joining the firm, Andree held key positions with notable global organizations. Andree co-founded a Leadership Advisory firm, where he led initiatives in individual, team, and organizational development, serving clients ranging from family conglomerates to startups. Andree previously served as a Principal and Associate Partner with an international Executive Search firm, managing strategic engagements across industry sector including Industrial, Energy & Cleantech, Public Sector & Government, Financial Services, Consumer, Technology, and Telecommunications. Throughout the course of his Executive Search and Leadership Advisory career, Andree has advised board members, C-level executives, and senior government officials on leadership and talent issues. Earlier in his career, Andree was in roles with TotalEnergies and Schlumberger, where he handled complex negotiations and transactions in the upstream Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on HSE, project management, field development engineering, and human capital management.
Andree holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Institute of Technology Bandung and an MBA from INSEAD. Andree is fluent in English, advanced in French, and a native Indonesian speaker.
