Andrei Rusnac is the Sports Practice Group Knowledge Manager at Pedersen & Partners, bringing more than eight years of experience within the firm. His journey includes roles across various internal functions, starting as a Research Analyst and advancing to the Trainer position at the Shared Resources Centre. Later, he transitioned to the Research Centre as a Research Consultant and Research Centre Program Manager, contributing significantly to the execution of international executive search assignments by identifying top-notch professionals. He was leading a global team of Researchers and overseeing research execution to meet the firm's standards, as well as proactively coaching and guiding, Researchers within the team.
In his current capacity, Andrei, holds the responsibility of developing the Sports Practice Group.
Andrei holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Applied English from Balti State University, complemented by a Master's degree in Educational Management. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian.
