Andrei Rusnac is the Research Centre Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners, bringing over six years of experience within the firm. His journey includes roles across various internal functions, starting as a Research Analyst and advancing to the Trainer position at the Shared Resources Centre. Later, he transitioned to the Research Centre as a Research Consultant, contributing significantly to the execution of international executive search assignments by identifying top-notch professionals.
In his current capacity, Andrei leads a team of Researchers, overseeing research execution to meet the firm's standards and quality expectations. Additionally, he holds the responsibility of proactively coaching, guiding, developing, and managing Researchers within the team.
Andrei holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Applied English from Balti State University, complemented by a Master's degree in Educational Management. He is fluent in English, Russian, and Romanian.
