Andrew Tsui is a Senior Advisor at Pedersen & Partners, based in Hong Kong. He has over 40 years of executive search, board advisory, and leadership consulting experience across Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. He advises boards, CEOs, and senior executives on critical leadership appointments, board composition, succession planning, and broader strategic talent decisions.
Mr. Tsui’s professional track record spans across senior leadership roles within leading global executive search and advisory firms, including Managing Director, Senior Client Partner, Chairman. In these roles, he has led board and CEO advisory work and supported listed companies, financial institutions, industrial and commercial organisations, public bodies, and non-profit entities on strategic people and leadership matters.
Mr Tsui began his career in financial services, holding roles as Vice President at Irving Trust Company (now Bank of New York) and Financial Controller at Sun Hung Kai Securities, then co-owned by Merrill Lynch, Banque Paribas and the Fung Family), and worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers in North America and Greater China. Mr. Tsui holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hong Kong and is a CPA of Hong Kong and Canada.
Mr. Tsui has also served as an independent non-executive director and external advisor to listed and private companies and continues to contribute to the broader business and financial community in Greater Bay Area.
