Andzelika Berga is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Riga, Latvia.
Ms. Berga brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Advisory, with a strong focus on financial services and fintech. She has held senior leadership roles at organisations including Swedbank, Luminor, Bank of Latvia, and Twino, where she gained deep exposure to both traditional banking environments, regulatory institutions, and fast-scaling digital businesses.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she led large-scale leadership and culture transformation initiatives, supported digital and organisational transformation agendas, and implemented modern talent acquisition and performance management frameworks. She has been a trusted partner to CEOs and executive teams on organisational design, leadership capability building, and culture effectiveness—particularly in environments undergoing rapid change, growth, or regulatory complexity.
She holds an Executive MBA and is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. She has also completed executive education programmes in leadership, strategy, and organisational transformation.
In addition to her native Latvian, Andzelika speaks fluent English and conversational Russian.
