Anna Moricz is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Budapest, Hungary. Ms. Moricz joined the firm in early 2021 and provided research support for Executive Search assignments across the firm’s practice groups. Soon after Ms. Moricz was promoted to Research Consultant and in this new role she sources and engages candidates within various industries: Industrial, Advanced Technology, Aviation, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, and Financial covering the EMEA and CEE regions. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Moricz was a Talent Acquisition Project Manager for a Smart Aviation Inspection company. Earlier in her career she spent 6 years with a global top five Executive Search firm as an Executive Search Associate specialising in the EMEA region.
Ms. Moricz holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Middlesex University in London. She studied at Universidad de Salamanca and is currently pursuing a BA degree in Psychology at University of Pecs. Apart from her native Hungarian, she speaks fluent English, Spanish, and German.
