Armelle Boulon is a Client Partner, the Country Manager for France at Pedersen & Partners and a member of the Leadership Consulting Practice. Ms. Boulon brings over 20 years of search and international business experience outside of France and focuses primarily on advising accounts in their international expansion. She supports accounts globally, in cooperation with local Pedersen & Partners' consultants, and locally in France to augment their international capabilities. She has built a solid reputation through senior-level search assignments for both global and regional roles in France and in Central Europe in a broad range of sectors such as Industrial and Manufacturing, and Services. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Boulon was a Managing Partner at a Paris-based international Executive Search firm’s office in the Czech Republic, after several years of serving as a Partner at their Budapest office. She also worked for the French-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce supporting cross-country commercial actions.
Armelle Boulon is a graduate of AUDENCIA Business School in Nantes, France, and studied Economics at the Technical University of Dresden in Germany. In addition to her native French, she speaks English, German, Hungarian, and communicates in Czech.
