Aurelia Dercaci is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. As a multilingual specialist with proven experience in communications, academic research, recruitment, and talent development, prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Dercaci worked as a Recruitment & HR Development Specialist for a multinational automotive company, where she sourced, recruited, and evaluated candidates and organised employee training programs. Earlier in her career she served as a Staff Researcher at the University of Deusto in Spain and as the Communications Manager for the energy production and distribution company Union Fenosa in the Republic of Moldova.
She has a cum laude PhD in Social and Political Sciences and a Master’s degree in Governability and Integration Processes, both from the University of Deusto, Spain. She also holds a Master’s degree in Digital Journalism from the Instituto Universitario de Posgrado, Autonomous University of Barcelona and University Carlos III of Madrid, in Spain. In addition to her native Romanian, Ms. Dercaci is fluent in Spanish, Russian, English, and Italian.
