Ave Merilo is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Tallinn, Estonia. Ms. Merilo brings more than 20 years of professional experience, mainly focusing on recruitment, vendor management, and coaching. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Merilo gained experience with an international recruitment company, supporting clients in Estonia, Finland, and the Baltics to grow their operations strategically and successfully conducted search mandates across the region. While working for one of the top ten localisation companies worldwide, Ave managed multi-regional presales activities and recruitment drives to ensure meeting the business needs for new and existing clients.
Ms. Merilo graduated from Tallinn University with a Master in English Language and Literature. Alongside her native Estonian, she speaks English fluently, and can communicate in Russian and German.
