Biprashish Roy is a Client Partner and the Head of the Industrial Practice in India at Pedersen & Partners. Mr. Roy began his career in Sales & BD, with large multinationals including J&J, Glaxo, Modi Xerox & RPG Ricoh. After 12 years of intensive sales, he moved in the recruitment industry & eventually graduated into Executive Search, wherein he gained diverse industry exposure over more than 25 years across Engineering, Chemicals, Telecom, Energy, Infrastructure, Logistics, Consumer, Pharma & Life Science sectors. He specialises in leadership-level searches across functions & verticals and is a trusted advisor to organisations in building their leadership teams. Between posts in the Executive Search industry, Biprashish has also served at The Art of Living Foundation as an instructor of various developmental Programs for many years. The Foundation is one of a few consulting organisations to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
Biprashish holds a Masters degree in English Literature from Calcutta University & an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He is also a Certified Coach & NLP Practitioner from ICF, USA. He speaks fluent English, Hindi, & native Bengali.
