Brisilda Shehi is a Research Consultant, Program Manager Western Europe at Pedersen & Partners based in Tirana, Albania. Ms. Shehi joined the firm in 2006 as a Research Associate and assisted Consultants with executive search in international and cross-border mandates. Three years later she has been promoted to Researcher and another two years later to Research Consultant. During her career within Pedersen & Partners Ms. Shehi has contributed in conducting over 140 senior and middle management search projects globally. Currently, Ms. Shehi provides high-level support to Pedersen & Partner’s Consultants with C-suite projects across the firm’s Practice Groups.
Ms. Shehi holds a Master’s Degrees in Energy and in Business Administration from the University of Tirana. In addition to her native Albanian, Ms. Shehi speaks fluent English and Italian, and has a basic knowledge of German and Spanish.
