Carolina Zapata is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Zapata has over twenty years of research experience having previously worked as a Senior Researcher for other international Executive Search firms. She started her career as Marketing Assistant in KA International.
She has a Degree in Law from the University Complutense of Madrid and has a Master’s degree in Human Resources, and speaks native Spanish and fluent English.
