Cristina Ostafeiciuc is a Senior Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. She started her Executive Search career with the firm in 2015, initially supporting consultants in identifying business leads and later specializing in candidate sourcing. Over the years, Ms. Ostafeiciuc has developed extensive expertise in search execution, completing assignments for leading multinational companies across diverse industries and regions.
In her current role, Ms. Ostafeiciuc focuses primarily on Western Europe, contributing to projects in various sectors, including Life Sciences and Industrial.
Ms. Ostafeiciuc holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and German Literature from the “Alecu Russo” Balti State University. In addition to her native Russian, she speaks English, German and Romanian.
