Cristina Serjant is a Research Centre Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners. Leading a team of researchers, she oversees the smooth execution of cross-border Executive Search assignments. Joining the firm in 2016, Cristina initially contributed as an SRC analyst, steadily advancing her expertise. In 2021, she transitioned to the role of Business Development Executive, collaborating closely with Consultants to drive Business Development Initiatives and sales.
Cristina holds a Master's of Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the same institution. She is bilingual in Romanian and Russian and is fluent in English.
