She brings over 20 years of executive experience in Telecom, Financial Services, and Mass-Media, having worked with Citibank and Vodafone. As she transitioned into Executive Search and Leadership Consulting, Mrs. Staiculescu contributed to projects focused on Leadership Assessment and C-level recruitment in Financial Services, Energy, Telecom, Industrial, and Circular Economy. Recently she specialized in the practical application of ESG factors, enriching her versatile skill set.
Mrs. Staiculescu holds a Master’s Degree in Business Communication and Public Relations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and graduated in Law and International Relations from Nicolae Titulescu Institute in Bucharest. She is an ICF Certified Coach and a Process Communication Model Trainer.
