Dumitru Gushan is a Client Partner and a core member of the global FinTech Practice Group, based in Riga, Latvia. Dumitru started his Executive Search career with the firm in 2013 and has successfully completed over 200 senior-level searches across EMEA and Asia. His track record consists of C-level and executive leadership mandates across all sectors, with a particular focus on FinTech, Digital and Shared Economy scale-ups. His FinTech work centres on executive leadership placements in neobanks, payment services providers, platform-based businesses, and enabling technology providers. Dumitru is mainly dedicated to building partnerships with clients and helping them assemble strategic leadership teams with the right balance of industry disruptive approach and established management skills.
Mr. Gushan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philology from the State University of Moldova and a Master's degree in Finance & Banking Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. He speaks native Romanian, fluent English and Russian.
