Before transitioning into the executive search industry in Sweden in 2022, Edina held senior leadership roles at global consumer goods companies such as Oriflame, Flora Food Company, GSK, and Johnson & Johnson. She spent over 12 years at Oriflame, working in Belgium, Turkey, and Sweden, including more than 7 years as Global Marketing Director at the company’s Stockholm HQ. Throughout her career, Ms. Dobos has held leadership positions in marketing and strategy, driving brand development, innovation, and market expansion initiatives.
Ms. Dobos holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and an MBA from the University of Lincoln. She is fluent in English and Hungarian, with advanced proficiency in Swedish and Spanish.
