Elena Dorif is a Research Centre Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. In this role, she oversees cross-border Executive Search projects across the firm’s covered industries, including team assembly, monitoring assignment progress and leading a team of Research Associates and Consultants. Earlier in her career, Ms. Dorif supported the firm’s consultants in their business development activities and assisted with business development activities across CEE markets. Ms. Dorif joined Pedersen & Partners in 2012 as a Research Analyst and later was promoted to Shared Resources Centre Lead.
Ms. Dorif holds a Master's degree in Applied English Language Translation from Alecu Russo State University in Moldova. Ms. Dorif speaks native Romanian, fluent Russian and English, can communicate in French, and has a basic understanding of Ukrainian and Spanish.
