Elvira Li is a Research Consultant with Pedersen & Partners, based in Shanghai, China. Prior to joining the firm, Elvira gained experience with an international Executive Search company, delivering top-notch recruitment solutions, and achieving success in senior-level placements, particularly in the industrial sector. Earlier in her career, she worked at Schaeffler Greater China as a VP Assistant, and before that, she gained experience as an intern with another international Executive Search firm. Elvira holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Employment Relationships from Warwick Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Soochow University. Besides her native Chinese, Elvira also is fluent in English.
