Eudochia Mitrofan is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Balti, Moldova. In her current role, she is providing search and functional assistance on different talent acquisition assignments. Prior to joining the company as a Research Analyst in 2018, Ms. Mitrofan worked as a translator for Bilim Hazynasy Translation Agency, Turkmenistan. She gained her international experience in Russia and Italy.
Ms. Mitrofan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Civilization and the Science of Language from Ca’Foscari University of Venice, Italy, where she also got involved in volunteering work at the university’s library. She completed a Russian Language Internship Programme at Tula State Lev Tolstoy Pedagogical University, Russia. Her native language is Romanian, and she also speaks fluent English, Italian, Russian, and has a basic knowledge of German.
